What is Estate Planning? What is Probate? How do I create a plan for my future that provides for loved ones, brings peace of mind, and makes my wishes known? In this seminar, we will provide answers to the previous questions and explore the various legal documents that make up an Estate Plan.
An Estate Plan is more than just a Will. It also often includes a Revocable Trust, Power of Attorney for Finances, Power of Attorney for Health Care, and Authorization for Final Disposition Documents. Together, these legal tools provide you with peace of mind knowing you are providing for loved ones in the best possible way in accordance with your wishes. Rather than leaving plans to chance, a solid Estate Plan helps you create your legacy while solidifying financial, health care, and burial plans for the future.
