The Friends of the Waunakee Library present the Annual Holiday Craft Fair, Book Sale (back for 2024!), Bake Sale, and Container Raffle! Come shop the sale for crafts and baked goods!

Teens and preteens (grades 5-12), we're making tiny creatures and their habitats! Your felt pocket pal will fit inside a little metal tin, so that you can always keep them close. 

Try our Winter Reading Program for a chance to earn more prizes! Pick up your reading sheet from the kids desk at the library, read books, complete activities, and earn prizes. 

Read whatever you like, hear what other kids are reading, and that's it! It can be a book you just started reading, or one you've read before and loved. We'll also have time to play a game and enjoy a snack.  

Join us for an absolutely dazzling presentation with the emeritus curator of the Smithsonian's National Gem Collection, Dr. Jeffrey E.

This class is a gentle yoga class for all ages, and all levels. We start with some grounding poses and stretching poses to get ready for daily activities and helps to balance body and mind.

Teens and preteens (grades 5 and up), let's build with Lego! We'll have our collection of Lego bricks out for you to use.
